Those Heavy Souls is a solo project by Cardiff-based artist Craig Lewis.

Craig spent 4 year as frontman of the indie-rock band COLUMBIA, who over the course of their time together released their debut album Embrace the Chaos (2022), described by Edge of Arcady as 'equal parts Led Zepplin and Oasis at their swaggering peak'. The album included a number singles 'full of thumping drums, rumbling bass lines, epic guitar riffs that were destined for stadiums' (ThisIsTheMusic).

Unfortunately, the band didn't quite get to the stadiums, disbanding after their rousing performance at the ShiiineOn Weekender in November 2022.

Since then Craig has been busy working with producer Andrew Sanders and Small Miracles guitarist Steven Kenward at Kings Road Studio, Cardiff. The trio have created a brand new sound that aims to help him forge his own musical path.

Off the back of 3 single releases; Everything's Changing, How High's Too High?, Come Alive, Those Heavy Souls will finally releases their debut album this Autumn. The album is titled 'Without Our History We've Got No Future'.

2026 is set to be a very exciting year for Craig and his Those Heavy Souls project.

As well as 3 very well-received singles, Those Heavy Souls have also released an unashamedly-festival Christmas EP, full of Christmas spirit, fun and big sing-along choruses.
